Created in 2010, the Revista Pan-Amazônica de Saúde is a journal published by Instituto Evandro Chagas, a Brazilian Ministry of Health's Public Health and Research Institute, attached to the Secretariat of Science, Technology, Innovation and Strategic Inputs. It aims to contribute to the production, dissemination and use of national and international scientific knowledge. The journal is released quarterly and publishes original researches related to the areas of Biomedicine, Environment, Public Health and Medical Anthropology, covering issues on health care, education and research.

• The Journal must be cited in references, footnotes and bibliographic legends as Rev Pan-Amaz Saude.
