Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common primary cutaneous lymphoma, characterized by epidermotropism of monoclonal T-cell lymphoma. It was presented a case of a patient, 39 years old, 22 weeks pregnant, with small white spots in the gluteal region since three years ago which increased in the first two months of pregnancy. The exam showed hypochromic stains of varying sizes in the gluteal region and legs and also erythematous plaque infiltrated on the left buttock. Two biopsies were performed; both showed epidermis with lymphocytes in Pautrier's microabscesses. In the upper dermis was observed fibroplasia. Immunohistochemistry revealed a CD4-positive T lymphocytes. The patient had no palpable lymph nodes and no change in the hematology test and after performed the diagnosis of MF, she was referred to a reference hospital.
